Attached is a new piece to download and practice called “Drum Etude.”

Etude means that it is a study or an exercise. This study is focused on 9-stroke rolls and eighth and sixteenth combinations.

Please print it out so you have it handy to practice and for the lessons.

There are two trumpet parts. Trumpet 2 just avoids a few of the highest notes. Otherwise it is the same as Trumpet 1. Use what is best for you.
