we are doing the C scale at 60 bpm, quarter notes and then 8th notes. We’ll try to go faster next week.

let’s work on the page below – the Tribal Lament – this gets us reading notes without letters or numbers. Great practice!

Hi Clarinets!
We are jumping back into high notes with Music of The Night! Visit that post, and check the instrumental version of this song. It’s a great melody.
Work on the second line of Music of the Night – going over the ‘break’ (A to B and C) is one of the tougher challenges in the first few years of the clarinet. You all are doing extremely well.

Sounded great as always! Nice work on the Star Wars – Remember to tongue the Hi C’s to get them to “pop”.
And you really nailed the Ja-Da jazz style tune. I added a faster background track as well. Practice playing it all the way through.
